Natalie is based in De Pijp, a district that fills with diners every evening and empties towards midnight. A guest may write in whichever of her three languages he likes. She tends towards nuru and four-hand sessions, and she alone decides how a session goes. At twenty-six she pays close attention to timing, and she would rather hear that a guest is running late than find out at the door. The room should be his and ready. Once she has left De Pijp, a guest who is held up should write at once with an honest time, since a session that then cannot go ahead counts as a cancellation sent after she set out. Before she leaves, a later start on the same night costs nothing if she can still keep it. For four-hand work with her the room needs space for three adults around the bed, and half of the doubled fee goes ahead on any booking with two therapists.

Natalie decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.
